How do I wash the clothes?

To protect that delicate baby skin, we recommend the use of mild and eco-friendly detergents. When it comes to washing temperature, you could use:

40°C for baby clothes that are ever slightly or almost not dirty at all.

60°C - 90°C for heavy stains or when the baby is sick.

What happens if a piece of cloth is lost or damaged beyond repair?

It's okay, we know it's part of the process and we've got you! Rental fee covers the total loss of one item of clothing and we hope the remaining stains and minor damage is something we can handle at Pre-loved.

Must I wash the clothes before sending them back?

Since the clothes will be washed again at Pre-loved, you don‘t have to if you don‘t find the time or the energy for it. However, we kindly ask you to wash anything that's heavily stained before sending it back.
