Why rent baby clothing in the first place?

Buying clothes of good quality costs money. If you decide for second-hand clothes it takes a considerable amount of time to find them, arrange a pick up etc. No matter which option you choose, you are very often left with a big pile of clothes no one has a need for as the market is more than saturated and trying to sell often takes very long and can be nerve-wracking.

Enter: Pre-loved. We don‘t want to add to the already huge amount of clothes that land on landfills. We buy second-hand clothes that are in pristine condition, create convenient sets and offer them to you, so you can focus on more important things. And once the baby grows, simply send us the clothes back and we will make sure more children get to wear them before they are truly too used to be used anymore.

What are the payment options?

We accept PayPal, bank transfer and cash payment.

How do subscriptions work?

Subscriptions are here to make your life easier - you don‘t have to remember to go through the whole procedure again and you can concentrate on more important things. On top of that, subscriptions come with attractive discounts.

Do I have to subscribe or can I just order on a single -time basis?

You can choose the option that suits your needs best. We believe in flexibility so you are free to buy a one month package or decide for a subscription - it comes with extra discounts, so we do recommend checking them.

What happens if the sizes do not fit?

If the bundle arrives and you realize upfront that it runs too big or too small, reach out to us and we will replace the bundle by one that fits.

What happens if I receive a damaged item?

We do our ultimate best so that this never is the case, but on the off chance that it does happen, do get in touch and let us know so we can replace the damaged item Stat.

Can I end a subscription pre-term?

Of course! All you need to do is let us know 3-5 days before the beginning of the new month and you will be charged the rental fee based on a single month rate.

Can I buy or keep certain pieces?

As much as we'd love to cater to every wish, we'd prefer to keep these clothes in circulation for as long as possible ....

What happens to pieces that are not being rented any more?

A piece that can't be rented any more due to damage or signs of wear and tear will be repaired and upcycled then donated. We are also looking into offering the option to outright buy some bundles when they are being taken out of circulation. If it's completely unusable, we will hand it over to an entity that recycles clothes on our behalf.
