What are the available delivery options?
Delivery by Austrian Post (+4.30 EUR per package up to 2kg) or pick up option (free) available.
What happens to clothes after I send them back?
Clothes are washed after each round of use and kept safe till when it's time to ship it out to the next baby.
Are delivery costs (and return) included in the price?
No, delivery costs are not included in the price, but you can choose from a number of options whatever fits your needs and budget. However, return costs will be paid by us.
How does return work?
You get a sheet of paper with the return address to stick on the parcel. Keeping the box the clothes came in might be worth considering so you can use it to send them back but any other box will do too. Return costs are covered by us.
